After months of planning and renovation, we are proud to open the doors to our new meeting rooms at GEWERTZ Square. Whether you need a quiet space for a one-on-one, a full-team workshop, or a polished room for client presentations, we have got you covered.

Room E-111 — The Collaboration Suite

Seating up to 12 people, Room E-111 is our flagship multi-purpose space. It features:

75" 4K display with wireless screen-mirroring
High-speed fibre Wi-Fi (private VLAN available on request)
Whiteboard wall — full wall writable surface
Acoustic panels for clear audio
Video-conferencing kit (camera + ceiling mic array)
Natural daylight with blackout blinds

Booking Is Now Live

Reservations are handled entirely through the GEWERTZ Square member portal. Log in, pick your date and time, and confirm your booking in under a minute. Cancellations are free up to 3 hours before the slot starts.

We will be hosting a free Open House on the last Friday of this month. Drop by between 14:00–18:00 for a tour, complimentary refreshments, and a chance to meet the team. No booking needed — just show up.
